IF you want to know more about me

Welcome to Imperfectly Free. I’m Rachael, I’m 24 from Galway, Ireland and I love travelling and trying new things. I decided to start a blog because I want to have something to look back on in the future to remember all of the wonderful adventures I’ve experienced, and I thought, if you want to stick around, you could follow my journey.

I’ve always been a wanderess, so much so that I opted to study French and Spanish in university so I could travel with more ease. I also finished my Masters last year in Conference Interpreting – another ploy to try and travel more! I didn’t had courage enough to actually start a blog until I lived in Santiago de Compostela. I had lots of time to think.. and as Robert Frost said:

“Freedom lies in being bold”

So here we are, apparently I’m going to dance as though EVERYBODY is watching!

I have recently moved to New York city in order to kick start my career and follow my dreams – but more about that here.
